Who We Are - Red Squirrel Operations provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning and guard installation, power washing, seasonal cleanups, and basic painting - We take pride in delivering what we promise and treating customers with respect - We use a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance What You Will Do Each Day - Generate and nurture leads, follow up with prospects, and set appointments - Create accurate estimates using measurements and square footage calculations - Present solutions, negotiate,
and close deals while maintaining a great customer experience - Keep all activity organized in the CRM and collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth project delivery Why You’ll Love Working Here - Performance-based compensation (commission-heavy) with OTE equivalent to ~$25-$30/hour - Transparent goals, coaching, and growth opportunities for strong performers - A fast-paced, team-oriented environment for self-motivated sellers Requirements - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Comfortable with a commission-based / commission-heavy pay structure - Sales experience preferred (home services or door-to-door sales is a plus) - Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods - Tech-fluent, including estimating software, basic measurements, and square footage calculations - Fluent in English
