The Learning Commons
Facilitator will work 25 hours per week, starting November 23, 2026. This position focuses on facilitating access to traditional and digital resources, ensuring an inclusive space for student and staff collaboration. You will also engage in promoting multiple literacies and providing support in emerging technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops on digital materials and multiple literacies
- Plan and coordinate Learning Commons services and schedules
- Monitor student activities in the Learning Commons
- Respond to reference inquiries and assist with resource selections
- Oversee the organization and circulation of Learning Commons materials Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Library Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Learning Commons setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web applications
- Experience with audio-visual equipment preferred
