- Conduct accurate resident clinical care assessments
- Implement and evaluate care/service plans effectively
- Assist in scheduling resident care conferences
- Provide medication and treatment administration
- Document care in compliance with regulatory standards Requirements:
- Practical Nurse Diploma with current registration
- 3+ years of experience in seniors’ health
- Current CPR training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
