the Program Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the provision of quality support services to clients with physical disabilities in the Toronto area and leading approximately 50 unionized front-line staff. The Program Manager works with other members of the PACE Team and other community service providers consistently demonstrating and promoting the philosophy of "Independent Living". This position is full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday with a market-competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package.
