Island is seeking a dedicated and caring individual for the role of Youth Drop-In Team Lead. This part time position offers an opportunity to shape a culturally relevant and engaging program. Ideal candidates will have experience in youth outreach, event facilitation, and relationship building with families and community stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead engaging youth activities weekly
- Plan events such as workshops, cooking nights, and recreational programs
- Build positive relationships with youth and their families
- Identify at-risk youth and provide mentorship
- Coordinate logistics and ensure participant safety Requirements:
- Diploma in Social Work or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with youth, ideally in Indigenous communities
