The Pastor to Seniors will provide leadership and support to Northview Seniors toward making deeply rooted followers of Jesus in their senior years, to care for them during seasons of hurting, to encourage them to love and reach their families and communities, and to help Seniors find meaningful ministry & service opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Graduate degree in a related field, experience in pastoral ministry and the areas of strategic planning and implementation, skills in personnel management and team development, and demonstrated preaching and teaching abilities in large and small groups and in a variety of age group levels.
