This role demands strong interpersonal skills, including expertise in employee relations and a proactive mindset. You will engage with various teams to optimize processes and ensure employee satisfaction throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to enhance company culture
- Provide daily support and guidance to employees and managers




- Advise on employee relations and performance management matters
- Manage documentation for employee relations resolutions
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in People and Culture
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
