Our client in Calgary is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Broker who can confidently run their own book, communicate clearly, and keep clients feeling looked after year after year.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary between $60,000 - $85,000 aligned to experience, plus performance-based bonus potential.

Responsibilities
- Manage an existing Personal Lines book of business including renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day policy servicing
- Advise clients on coverage options and provide clear,
solutions-focused recommendations
- Handle warm inbound needs and referrals as they arise (growth support when appropriate)
- Maintain accurate documentation and detailed file notes in the brokerage management system
- Coordinate with internal administrative support to ensure a smooth client experience
- Stay current on insurer guidelines, product updates, and licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Level 2 General Insurance License (Alberta)
- 3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently and prioritize competing deadlines
- Robust client communication skills with a relationship-first mindset
- Comfort with brokerage management systems (PowerBroker is an asset)
