This role requires you to manage ongoing client needs, provide informed advice, and conduct needs assessments. You'll also be responsible for selling new policies while retaining existing business, all within a supportive and flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on insurance matters and solutions
- Conduct needs assessments and renewals for existing clients
- Write current policies and retain existing book of business
- Engage in community marketing initiatives
- Ensure prompt processing of account receivable activities Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year personal insurance experience
- High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
