Our solutions are known for precision, reliability, and performance in demanding industrial environments.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, facilities, and continuous improvement initiatives at our North York site. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production while driving operational excellence across machining, assembly, maintenance, and support functions. The Operations Manager will lead a team and work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Leadership to achieve production goals, improve performance, and support business growth.ResponsibilitiesLead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.Drive Lean manufacturing, 5 S, and continuous improvement initiatives.Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and efficiency.Lead, coach, and develop production and support teams while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.Ensure production schedules are achieved through effective coordination with Planning and Supply Chain.Oversee facility maintenance, infrastructure reliability, and preventative maintenance programs.Champion health, safety,
