As a key member of Marwood Ltd’s Operations Team, the Pellet Plant Lead will oversee plant activities and promote adherence to safety protocols.

This role involves managing production efficiency, coaching staff on quality standards, and leading improvement initiatives. A strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Champion safety by leading safety meetings and audits
- Manage production efficiency and minimize downtime
- Lead quality control measures for product standards
- Monitor budgets and conduct weekly production reviews
- Train and support plant personnel with scheduling Requirements:
- Education in Mechanical Technology or related field
- Robust mechanical skills and communication abilities
