Key Responsibilities:
• Own and implement enterprise HSE management systems
• Develop and report HSE KPIs for leadership oversight




• Lead onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Drive performance management and recognition framework
• Ensure compliance with Ontario employment standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years in HSE within heavy industry
• Degree in safety, HR, or related field
• Strong knowledge of OHSA, WHMIS, and WSIB
• Proven leadership in compliance and HR initiatives
• Ability to engage across organizational levels
