South East Grey Community Health Centre (SEGCHC) is seeking a motivated Registered Practical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary primary care team. This approximately 20-month contract offers 0.8–1.0 FTE (30–37.5 hours/week) with primary placement in Markdale and occasional coverage at Chatsworth, Ontario.

You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, support clinical services, provide health education, and contribute to community programs, with HOOPP participation and a comprehensive
