What you will be working on/responsible for Maintain GRR > 90% across their book, with renewals forecast accurately and risks flagged and addressed well ahead of renewal. Take on a full book of accounts and onboard new customers quickly, so the team has capacity to support both new and existing customers. Move customers from basic to advanced usage, such as CI integration and Cloud Pods, with LocalStack embedded in their engineering workflows. Grow accounts organically by identifying new teams and use cases, including Azure and Snowflake, and driving adoption of current product releases. Run each
