In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

- Develop and standardize best practices for rubber processing and shaping

- Support process technicians in developing formulations and scaling up new products

- Lead technical development efforts when new products exceed current standards or knowledge





- Conduct root cause analyses for complex investigations and propose sustainable corrective and preventive actions

- Actively participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes

- Lead the conduct of risk analyses (PFMEA) and the implementation of measures to reduce process risks

- Participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes

- Ensure the maintenance, updating, and continuous improvement of technical documentation in accordance with the quality management system
