Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will create and oversee the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to optimize resource utilization.

This role focuses on balancing raw supply with production to align operational needs with sales forecasts and customer orders. Your collaboration with the Plant Manager will ensure seamless planning and timely execution of production activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Ensure timely shipping according to customer orders
- Develop daily and weekly production schedules
- Integrate sales forecasts with production capacities
- Adjust schedules based on operational demands Requirements:
- Relevant education in production planning
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
- Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
