Hourly Rate: $50 - 65/hour

Responsibilities

- Monitoring client systems for new Requests for Quotations (RFQs), TOQs, and related opportunities.

- Coordinating proposal activities with Project Managers and internal stakeholders.

- Tracking proposal schedules, deliverables, and submission deadlines.

- Communicating with clients regarding clarifications, extensions, and administrative matters.

- Reviewing proposals for commercial completeness and submission requirements.

- Supporting project setup and administration activities within SAP.

- Assisting with reporting, change request coordination, and portfolio administration.

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.





- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Professional client-facing communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and follow tasks through to completion.

- Solid sense of ownership and accountability.

- Experience in project coordination, proposal coordination, administration, client services, or related roles.

- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems would be considered an asset.

- Experience working in engineering, utilities, nuclear, construction, or other project-based environments would be considered an asset.
