Community Support WorkerHarbourview Training Center located in Souris PE, is a community-focused organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities through personalized day programs, life skills development and community engagement. We're seeking a dedicated team member who can support clients in a meaningful, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will help create a positive, structured day program experience while fostering skill development and confidence.In addition to the qualifications listed, we're looking for someone with a warm, patient approach, a passion for teaching. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working creatively with clients, encouraging independence, and being part of a supportive work team.Education:Successful completion of a recognized Human Services, Youth Worker, RCW or LPN program and/or university degree in a related field.Experience:Previous experience in the field is considered an assetDaily Responsibilities:Actively support onsite programming while continuously striving to increase community inclusion and participationActively assists with client community placements/involvement and provides follow up coordination, monitoring and support.
