As a part-time Withdrawal Management Services Support Worker, you will engage directly with clients, providing essential support during their detox stabilization. Responsibilities include medication administration, intake coordination, and tailoring individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team dedicated to rehabilitation and harm reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee intake assessments and medical clearance
• Administer and monitor medications for participants
• Conduct regular check-ins to support clients’ well-being




• Advocate for services based on individual goals
• Respond to emergencies and document critical incidents
Requirements:
• Experience in human services field is essential
• Post-secondary education in addictions or mental health an asset
• Strong record-keeping and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate approach towards substance use and mental health
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications required
