In the role of Host at Fit4Less, you will ensure a clean and friendly atmosphere for all gym-goers. Your responsibilities include performing cleanliness tasks, assisting members, and promoting membership benefits. This position requires interaction with members while cleaning the workout area and being attentive to their needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness standards are met at all times
• Provide friendly interactions with members and guests
• Promote black card amenities and memberships
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness tasks
• Report and address any deficiencies or incidents
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS and First Aid certifications
• Ability to manage stress and meet customer expectations
