As a quality inspector at Soucy Rubber Tracks, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every product shipped to our customers meets the highest industry standards.
Your role will involve validating, inspecting, and approving products and components to ensure they meet our customers' requirements. In addition to coordinating and monitoring corrective and preventive actions, you'll actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our quality system, ensuring that every issue is resolved with a lasting solution. Your work will be essential to ensuring the excellence of our products.
In this position, you will have the prospect to :
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products, components, and raw materials
- Participate in the management of nonconformities, from problem identification through follow-up on corrective actions
- Conduct manufacturing audits to ensure compliance with control plans and established standards
- Monitor measuring equipment, including its calibration and compliance
- Compile quality metrics to support decision-making
- Actively contribute to maintaining our quality system and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
