Provide expert consultation as a Family Services Clinical Consultant and Counsellor with our Church. This remote position allows you to offer counseling and community resource support across Canada.
We are seeking a dedicated skilled for an 18-month maternity leave contract in Family Services. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care, training for facilitators, and essential psychological support during emergencies. Your ability to collaborate with ecclesiastical leaders and community resources will be vital in fulfilling the needs of our members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional clinical care and therapy to individuals and families
• Collaborate with ecclesiastical leaders and community resources
• Train and orient facilitators for Family Services education




• Maintain quality documentation and timely notes
• Support professional development and continuous learning
Requirements:
• Masters degree in psychotherapy or equivalent qualifications
• 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant field
• Licensed clinical psychologist or mental health professional
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to supervise interns and counselors
