You will design, implement, and manage a public inquiry response process with timely, accurate and defensible replies during planning, permitting, construction, and operations. You will partner with HDR’s Strategic Communications, project managers, and clients to ensure transparent, risk-aware public engagement across diverse infrastructure projects.
