Hereco Facilities Maintenance Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our established building and property maintenance team on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and joinery, together with practical experience in general building repairs and property maintenance.
The role involves carrying out reactive maintenance, planned repairs and refurbishment works across residential and commercial properties throughout Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently, is reliable and professional, and is confident dealing directly with customers and residents.
A company van will be provided for business use. A full UK driving licence is essential.
