- Lead daily activities of the Recreation Team
- Develop and evaluate customized recreation programs
- Facilitate group and individual fitness and leisure activities
- Monitor resident engagement and document outcomes
- Collaborate with care teams, families, and community organizations Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in related fields
- Experience with seniors in long-term care preferred
