Lead pit operations at the Eskay Creek Revitalization Project with Skeena Gold + Silver. This site-based role focuses on supervising mining activities while ensuring safety and performance excellence.

As a General Foreperson, you'll report directly to the Operations Superintendent, overseeing day-to-day operations for mining at Eskay Creek. Your leadership will guide site teams and contractors to adhere to safety regulations, drive operational standards, and manage multi-shift work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all mining operations within the project
• Oversee drill and blast activities across work fronts
• Ensure BC HSRC codes compliance for mining tasks
• Lead a diverse team and support performance goals
• Promote a positive safety culture among all workers

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• BC Mines Shift Boss Certificate required
• 8+ years in open pit mining operations
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence needed
