Warehouse Associate - Day Shift

Location: Mississauga, ON

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Shift Options: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr - $19.80/hr

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate for our client's clean, organized, and high-security warehouse facility in Mississauga.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanning, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.

This role requires accuracy, good computer skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume environment. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple warehouse departments and meeting daily production targets.

Responsibilities

- Receive and process serialized SKUs using RF scanners and computer systems.
- Perform inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Process serialized products through functionality testing and firmware procedures.
- Screen, clean, and replace parts as required.
- Assemble kits containing devices and accessories.
- Sort mixed accessories and operate twist-tie machinery as required.




- Meet or exceed daily production goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accuracy and quality while working in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
- Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized.
- Use material handling equipment, including pallet jacks.
- Move between departments and stations as business needs require.
- Follow all client policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Strong experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Proven experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Good computer skills and technical proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to meet daily production targets and performance expectations.
- Ability to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work five days per week.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to comply with site security requirements and workplace policies.
