Join DV8 Energy as a Field Technician specializing in Artificial Lift Automation. This role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining edge computing devices within the oil and gas industry.
As a Field Technician, you'll work to support Oil & Gas customers by ensuring optimal performance of edge computing, cellular radios, and variable speed drives. Your expertise will facilitate training for customers and contractors on the proper use of equipment, enhancing their operational capabilities. You'll also collaborate with engineers to solve technical challenges and develop creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot low voltage control systems efficiently
• Repair and maintain Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
• Measure electrical performance in live cabinets up to 600V




• Provide training on proprietary equipment to contractors
• Maintain organized records and complete documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in industrial or oil field settings
• Valid Driver's License and Passport
• Proficient in troubleshooting live electrical systems
• Must travel 100% of the time, rotating between US and Canada
• Willingness to undergo a background check
