Protect clients and visitors as a full time Security Guard in Ottawa, utilizing your law enforcement education. This role emphasizes vigilance, incident response, and security equipment proficiency.
We are actively recruiting dedicated Security Guards with backgrounds in law enforcement programs like Police Foundations or Criminology. In this pivotal role, you will ensure safety through regular patrols, incident responses, and medical assistance when required. Your skills will be critical in securing the premises and supporting emergency services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety standards
• Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Escort medical staff when necessary
• Provide assistance during medical emergencies
• Unlock and lock doors for authorized personnel
Requirements:
• Postsecondary education in Law Enforcement or equivalent
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Clean full G driver’s license
• Strong observational and communication skills
