Enhance patient care as a Registered Nurse in the 3B Surgical Inpatient Unit at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. You'll provide specialized nursing care to complex surgical patients within a supportive team. In this full-time role, report directly to the Manager of Surgical Services.

Utilize your expertise in surgical nursing to deliver patient and family-centered care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to complex patients
- Apply nursing processes for individualized care planning
- Collaborate with Registered Practice Nurses on patient care
- Recognize and respond to abnormal patient responses
- Maintain solid interprofessional communication Requirements:
- Unrestricted RN registration with the College of Nurses
- Current BCLS certification
- Experience in caring for surgical patients
- Knowledge of relevant surgical nursing practices
