You will oversee our extensive assortment of over 300 SKUs, applying strategic market research and merchandising tactics. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and analyze over 300 SKUs for growth opportunities • Design long-term strategies for core product assortment • Research market trends and competitor analysis • Deliver annual revenue and margin targets • Partner with Planning and Marketing for promotional calendar

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus • 5+ years in retail or CPG environment • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills • Proficient in MS Office; Power BI or Tableau knowledge preferred • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
