We’re looking for motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team at JumpCrew, where we help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.

Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers

- Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.

- Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plus robust prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach

What You Get

- Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission.

- Certification only takes 7 days

- This Gig is worked from the comfort of your own home.

- This is a 32 hours a week minimum gig from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST.

Performance Metrics

- Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month.

- Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser.

- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.

- Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.

Mandatory Requirements

- This opportunity is open to Applicants who are able to present at least 2 years of validatable sales experience.

- Applicants must not have any active contract with a different gig while working for JumpCrew X.

- Applicants must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit and Employment Check)

- This is an outbound sales role.
