Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Moncton is looking for a Service Writer . The Service Writer is the first point of contact with customers who are in for service. You will be responsible for meeting the customer, discussing the issues with their truck, and discussing repairs that need to be done. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and a rotational Saturday. Some evenings may be required. Answer phone calls and emails from customers to book an appointment for service. Write up a repair order and document customers' concerns to ensure accurate information is provided to the mechanic.
