Your clinical social work acumen will guide you in performing psychosocial assessments and delivering individual, group, and couple therapy. Collaborating with community agencies will enhance discharge planning and coordination, ensuring a supportive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapies




• Liaise with community social agencies for comprehensive care
• Collaborate as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate patient discharge planning and support
Requirements:
• MSW and registration with OCSWSSW
• 3-5 years psychiatric experience in mental health
• Knowledge of Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery
• Competence in therapeutic modalities including CBT and DBT
• Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
