What You’ll Do Prospect and generate new opportunities Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities Negotiate with insurance markets to secure competitive solutions Review client coverage needs and renewal strategies Collaborate with Account Managers, Claims Advocates, and underwriting partners Contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture Required Level 2 Insurance License Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset Preferred 5-10 years of insurance experience CIP, CAIB, or equivalent designation (or working toward it) Experience with Salesforce, EPIC, and Microsoft Office Post‑secondary education and an outstanding personality The Ideal Candidate You’re a driven, relationship‑focused professional who enjoys winning new business, helping clients succeed, and continuously growing your expertise.
