Lead Constellation Payments' Risk team from the comfort of your home in Canada. As a Risk Supervisor, you will ensure comprehensive oversight of merchant risk while driving team performance and operational excellence.

In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for managing daily risk operations including fraud monitoring, transaction reviews, and effective communication with various departments. Your leadership will play a crucial part in risk assessment and compliance, focused on protecting merchant portfolios and improving operational controls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Risk team
• Supervise fraud, compliance, and operational risk monitoring
• Approve investigations and manage escalated cases




• Conduct quality assurance reviews of team outputs
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to analysts

Requirements:
• 5+ years in risk operations or related fields
• 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Solid understanding of payment processing and fraud prevention
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 15% annually
