This position reports directly to the Management Team and directly supervises several accounting staff. This role will be responsible for negotiating all major financial transactions, assisting with key performance measures for each business unit, coordinating the budget preparation, and ensuring all external reporting is complete on a timely basis. You will also possess strong leadership abilities while ensuring systems are at the most efficient level, liaising with external auditors, pursuing any potential tax advantages the company may participate in, and maintaining strong relationships with
