In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initial planning through execution and successful delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to drive projects forward, manage change, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.What you'll do:Lead the planning, development, execution, and administration of assigned IT projects across a range of methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)Translate business needs into actionable project plans by working closely with cross‑functional teamsDefine project scope, create schedules, assign resources, estimate costs, and manage budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain momentum and ensure timely deliveryMaintain effective communication with all stakeholders through regular status reports, progress updates, and executive briefingsFacilitate and document key meetings including kickoffs, stand‑ups, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectivesSupport or lead individual workstreams within larger programs run by other Project or Program ManagersManage project documentation, meeting minutes, task tracking, benefits realization metrics,
