We are seeking a dedicated Millwright for our afternoon shift from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM at Howmet Aerospace’s Georgetown location. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the efficiency of our mechanical and electrical systems, particularly in production machinery. You will perform preventive maintenance and contribute to the improvement of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance on production machinery
• Start up and monitor machines for malfunctions
• Assist with new projects and repairs on existing equipment
• Perform building maintenance including electrical tasks
• Maintain safety performance standards and EHS compliance
Requirements:
• Valid 433A Millwright license required
• Minimum two years' experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Certifications in forklift and aerial platforms
• Ability to work overtime as needed
