including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressLead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group settingManage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessionsMentor and support employee development by providing on‐the‐job training to instructional staffTeach/tutor in‐centre, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practicesBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesSupport the maintenance of a safe and qualified learning environmentAssist with administrative tasks as neededQualifications:Passion for math and working with studentsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsEagerness to learn and be trainedAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilitiesExceptional math competency through at least grade 10Proficiency in computer skillsExcellent communication skillsEnthusiasm to promote our programAll applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
