We are hiring registered physiotherapists across all five Metro Vancouver studios. Independent, clinician-led practice. Manual therapy paired with movement. Same therapist sees the client from assessment through return-to-activity.

Launch Rehab has been independent and clinician-led since 2015, with five studios in Lougheed, Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster and North Burnaby.

A multidisciplinary team of 40+ physios, RMTs, chiros, registered acupuncturists, kinesiologists, dietitians and counsellors working from one care plan per client.

We grew because therapists wanted somewhere that respected the clinical decision rather than turning them into a billing line. That has not changed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) in positive standing
- Comfortable leading assessment, diagnosis, manual therapy and progressive exercise
- Confident with ICBC and WorkSafeBC documentation workflows (or willing to learn, we support it)
- A clinician who actually likes mentorship, both giving and receiving it
- Additional training and certifications an asset, e.g. IMS, vestibular therapy, though not required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

What the day looks like.

- 01 1-on-1 assessment, manual therapy and progressive rehab, your client from start to finish
- 02 Mixed private, ICBC,



WorkSafeBC and MSP caseload
- 03 Documentation in Jane EMR; ICBC and WSBC paperwork supported by our client care coordinators
- 04 Participate in case rounds and contribute to internal teaching
- 05 Coordinate co-treatment with a multi-disciplinary team under one roof

Full-time or part-time. Most therapists run Monday to Friday with optional evening or weekend shifts; we will work around the schedule that fits your life.
