They are seeking an organized, enthusiastic team player who can multi-task and play a key role in their customer service department. They value the protection of health, safety and environment and ethical business practices.

Etobicoke (100% On Site)

Hours:
8:00am-4:00pm, OR 9:00am-5:00pm, OR 8:30am-4:30pm

Salary:
UP TO $60K + Bonus of 7% - Paid out annually Total salary $65K+

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and French) required.

Post-secondary diploma or degree- an asset

A minimum of 2 years Inside Sales and Customer Service experience

Prefer product but would consider service and sales

Experience working in a consumer goods environment is an asset.

Results focused and action oriented individual.

Strong customer focus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures.

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel skills and experience with a CRM system.
