Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment to success. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, and manage a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food, hospitality, and team leadership, with a knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service.
- Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and conducting interviews to build a strong team.
- Manage POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting.




- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking, bartending, and barista skills preferred.
- Strong background in restaurant management with experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for transactions and reporting.
- Experience in food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Previous hospitality experience in hotels or bars is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and lead diverse teams.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
