Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the retail sales team, ensuring high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance.
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, purchasing, merchandising, stocking, and inventory audits to optimize product availability.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to foster a motivated and skilled team aligned with company standards.
- Implement sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor operational metrics such as sales figures, payroll budgets, and store expenses; prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and customer service standards at all times.

Skills





- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations, purchasing negotiations, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control software, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills for daily financial tasks.
- Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development programs, interviewing techniques, and team management.
- Sound knowledge of retail math including sales management, pricing strategies, budgeting, and operational management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $25.51-$44.71 per hour
