Starbucks Shift Supervisor position in British Columbia is a frontline leadership role supporting the store manager and guiding partners to deliver the Starbucks Experience. You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, and ensure prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, lead by example, and help maintain a outstanding place to work while meeting performance standards during each shift.
