Your role will encompass designing features, developing tools, and ensuring the quality of both creative and technical outputs. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of game mechanics and a passion for engaging player experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Design, prototype, and implement complex gameplay systems
Provide documentation and guidance for team members
Offer creative feedback to fellow Designers
Execute on creative direction in alignment with project goals
Mentor designers and establish positive design principles Requirements:
Minimum 6 years in technical or systems design
Proven knowledge of game design processes
Experience with Unreal 5 and Blueprints
At least two shipped titles
