Manager is the key operational leader at Sentrimax's Edmonton site. This full time position demands a focus on managing safety, quality standards, and timely delivery. You will lead personnel in various roles, ensuring high customer satisfaction and smooth operations across MRO services. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and quality
Lead performance tracking and report KPIs to the COO
Manage shop scheduling and workload balancing efficiently
Communicate with customers and resolve issues proactively
Ensure compliance with ISO quality management systems Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred
10+ years of leadership in industrial operations
Proven experience in accountability for performance metrics
Solid communication and decision-making skills required
Knowledge of ERP systems and industrial equipment preferred Drive operational success and build a culture of excellence at Sentrimax’s Edmonton facility.
