Manage teams, enhance water treatment efficiency, and promote safety in this vital role located in northern Saskatchewan.As a Supervisor of Water Treatment at SSR Mining, you'll oversee all operating crews for Seabee potable and Santoy Water Treatment Plants. This role requires effective delegation of work, scheduling, and coordinating with the Superintendent of Mill Operations to ensure smooth workflows. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining environmental standards and operational schedules to support effective water treatment processes.Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily activities of the water treatment crew
Communicate key performance indicators to operators




Conduct toolbox and safety meetings regularly
Manage manpower scheduling efficiently
Develop and implement Standard Operating ProceduresRequirements:
Class 3 Saskatchewan Operator Certification in Water Treatment
Experience with water treatment operations preferred
Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
