As part of the Underwriting Team at Zensurance, you will assess submissions and applications for both current and existing policies.

With over 5 years of commercial underwriting experience, your role will include managing broker referrals and collaborating on critical insurance initiatives. Your insights will be pivotal in developing and enhancing our insurance products to ensure market competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Underwrite and manage a diverse range of business segments
Meet SLA, premium, and bind ratio targets




Provide recommendations on pricing and loss mitigation
Collaborate on growth strategies and evaluate current program opportunities
Mentor team members and share expertise Requirements:
5+ years in commercial underwriting focusing on P&C;
Understanding of E&O; and MedMal is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
