Analyze blueprints and specifications for estimates
Build relationships with Architects and Engineers
Source recent business opportunities and market insights
Follow up on leads and qualify customer requests
Prepare detailed time and cost estimates for projects Requirements:
Three years of experience in commercial estimating
Strong communication and account management skills
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
